Rather be behind the scenes?
Volunteers are the heartbeat of our events. Help with stage hands, artist liaison, setup and get out, and learn how live shows really work.
Before you apply
Three tips to stand out
Show us live
A link to recent live footage tells us more than any studio track. Phone videos are fine.
Pick the right stage
Acoustic and solo acts suit the Buskers Stage. Full bands should choose a main stage.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything artists and volunteers ask us about applying.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Applying to play at any of our events is free.
What should I include in my application?
Your act name, line-up, genre, links to recent live videos or recordings, and your social channels. Live footage helps us most.
When will I hear back?
We review every application and contact shortlisted acts as the line-up comes together. Popular stages fill quickly, so apply early.
Can I volunteer instead of perform?
Yes. Join the crew through the volunteer form. Crew help with stage hands, artist liaison, setup and get out, and it is a great way into live events.
Booking acts for your own event? We can help.
We curate line-ups for festivals, venues and private events. Tell us about your crowd and we will find the right acts.
