How it works

Four steps to a great show

  1. Seated audience watching an acoustic set on a stage inside a festival marquee

    Step 01

    The brief

We talk through the date, venue, audience, acts and budget, and visit the site if it helps. No jargon, just the right questions.

  2. Front of house mixing desk set up at an outdoor festival field with bunting and marquees

    Step 02

    The plan

You get a clear proposal with kit, crew, stage plan and timings, plus a running order that works for every act on the bill.

  3. PRZ Live van being loaded with line array speakers and flight cases

    Step 03

    Load in and soundcheck

Our crew arrives early to rig, line check and tune the system, so everything is ready before the first act walks on.

  4. Band in costume performing to a packed night-time crowd on the Old Town Live stage in Stevenage

    Step 04

    Show time

Engineers on the desk, a stage manager on the clock and tight changeovers, with a calm crew right through to the get out.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What organisers usually ask before booking production.

Do you provide a sound engineer with the PA?

Yes. Most of our events include an engineer, and for anything beyond a simple speech or playback system we recommend it. An engineer sets up, sound checks every act and mixes the show live.

Can you manage a multi-stage festival?

Yes. We can run several stages at once with a stage manager and engineer on each, a shared running order and radios between stages, so changeovers stay tight across the whole site.

Can you book the artists as well as run the stage?

Yes. We curate line-ups through our open applications and wider network, then programme, brief and stage manage the acts on the day. One team from booking to curfew.

How far ahead should we book?

For summer festivals and weekend events, book three to six months ahead. For smaller events a few weeks is often fine, so get in touch even if your date is soon.

Got a date in the diary? Let's make it loud.

Tell us about your event and we will come back within one working day with the right crew, kit and a clear price.
